Ah, Christmas! A red-nosed reindeer, magical elves, and, of course, a jolly old man in a red suit! Wait a minute, is THAT Christmas?

What about our Saviour born two thousand years ago who was sent by God in heaven to redeem us from our sins and offer us the gift of eternal life with Him?

Now THAT’S something to celebrate! Reclaim this holy day by focusing on Jesus—the source of true joy. What other time of year are people so open to hearing the Gospel message? While goodwill and festivities abound, use the Christmas season as an opportunity to share God’s great gift!

Accent your home with words and decorations that will remind you and your family of Jesus’ birth and all the wonderful blessings He brought. It will help give your holiday real meaning. It will bring the Bible to life for your children. It will teach them why you celebrate and counter the many secular images they see at school and in the marketplace.

You are influenced by your surroundings, so make your home an inspiration! At this time of year, you will most likely have many visitors — family, friends, co-workers, neighbors, and others. Christ-centered decorations are a remarkable tool to share His love for all of them. Transform your home to build the faith of your family, witness to others, and celebrate the gift of Jesus!
